Hacking how to install cfw on 4.3 3ds help

I downgraded my 3ds us from 9.2 to 4.2 but then updated it to 4.3 by Mario kart .I want to install cfw on it .

Here's a guide I wrote on installing CFW + 9.4 emuNand for legit/new games if you have two SD cards. If you only have 1 SD Card and only want CFW, follow Part 2 with one SD Card.
