Homebrew How to fix sd card error with 3ds on cfw?

i have my new 3ds xl on cfw and accidentally removed the sd card while the console was on. now i was taken to the normal menu and a error message saying that my sd card couldn't be detected. how can i fix this issue and still have my cfw?

i would try formatting it back to fat 32 and then retry the process from start to finish,
