You can't do this with a bluetooth scanner app because the console switch itself does not enter into discoverable Bluetooth mode, you need to do a reverse pairing connection cloning one of your Joy-Con.
Here I describe the methodology under Kali Linux.
One requirement is that your bluetooth dongle or built in, must accept/supported to do this.
