    Hello i had a question is nit possible to erase all data from a gba cartidge like pokemon emerald and i mean not game save data i mean erase evrything in it so its blank and has nothing in it?

    If I understand your question correctly: No.

    To put it simply, the actual game data is a ROM. Read Only Memory. Read Only. No write.

    Theres a reason its called Read Only Memory.

    PS: Erasing is writing 0's to all the cells, so erasing is pretty much writing

    You already asked this, just in a different format. The answer is no. What good would an empty cartridge do you anyway if you couldn't write to it?
