Hacking How to download vpk app like rincheat directly from vita?

Right now i am very away from home and don't have PC.
Only have non rooted Android phone and Vita.
Is there a way to move files from Android phone to Vita?
Or better yet,download the files directly to my Vita?

You can download vpk files directly from Vita by using google drive links.

rinCheat is not a VPK.

You can use an ftp app to transfer files from android to vita.

1. Download it onto your phone
2. Change it to .mp4
3. Upload it online
4. Download the .mp4 to the Vita
5. Go to ux0:/movie and find where the .mp4 is
6. Rename it back to the original extension (like .vpk), and install it.
