Hacking How to downgrade?

I updated my 3DS to version 9.6.0-24U yesterday, but I just recently found out that there's an ACNL hack that can only be used on 9.5.0-22 or lower. Is there a way to downgrade from 9.60 to 9.5.0 yet? Thanks in advance.

no, not unless you made a nand backup (although that would of only been possible on 9.2 or lower anyway or via hardware mod so i doubt you did)
