Hi, I installed an update nsp and it failed for some reason halfway through and now its taking up space on my system memory. I can't delete it from settings or devmenu. Can someone help out?

Go to data management in system settings. You can see all your games installed on manage software.

Had this a few times... just delete the entire game that's associated with the update.
Sucks, I know. Nintendo grouped games, updates, and DLC into one package. Similar to the WiiU, IIRC.

You can try to reinstall the update, if not like others have mentioned above deleting the game works.

I deleted an incomplete nsp install this way. So it was not copy and paste. If you couldn't, bad luck.

You can't see updates or DLC that way.

I personally use goldleaf to delete updates and DLC.

BTW reinstalling it without deleting is faster and yields the same result

nevermind, deleting the game and reinstalling everything gave me my 3 gigabytes back, close this thread staff
