Like on SNESx9 & VBA GX

How do I Create or Modify (.CHT) files? In Notepad & Wordpad just Garbage Text

like for Example

Super Mario World

Walk Through Walls

1D3F-6D04
C23D-64D4
6D3F-0D67
1D37-6D64

I have a learning disability, So Pics would help me alot

No answer because not as simple as you think.

What you see are memory address. You need more than notepad indeed.
Generally, you'd use the PC version of snes9x that comes with cheat 'searcher' or even a debugger.

It could be quite easy for unlimited lives for example. But often a lot harder and you'd need to some assembly knowledge.

Tons of videos exist, just use your favorite search engine with ''snes9x cheat hacking" or whatever.
Gbatemp may also have some kindof tutorials...

Ok, here's video explaining cheats creation for GameBoy:
I don't like closed source emulators. But I must admit it was rather convenient to find the address and save the modified game directly. Off course, you could also make it with Visual Boy etc but not tested personally.
