How to copy savegames from sysnand?

I am unable to make a copy of my saves in sysnand to continue playing my game in emunand.

I've used a new SD to make a copy of the sysnand, and it seems I can copy a save file with JKSV, but once I take this file to my old SD, everytime I supposedly import the save file, I don't have the save inside the game.

I have the lattest version of Atmosphere and so, same version game (TLOZ BOTW) and same user.

Anyway, I don't want any chance to get banned.

What should I try?

You can try checkpoint if JKSV doesn't work correctly for you, as for importing, you have to start the game in emunand once then you will be able to import.

Is there any risk to get a ban?

To use checkpoint I only have to be in emunand, right?

You do have a risk of getting banned, you can use this method as it is less chance of getting ban.
