There's a tiny (18 mb) program called "Magic Video Converter" which claims to be able to convert such files. (I've not personally tried it on DPGs yet) You might want to look around on the web for it.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore. -
