Hacking How to change region?

i have a native 4.3U Wii bought in America and now i want to change the LANGUAGE of the system menu in italian. i have just tried AnyRegion Changer to changing only Language Setting and Wii shop code but the language is still english...how can i change the wii language? can i use ModMii downloading 4.3E?? pls help me...Thanks

You need to change the all the region settings to Euro with the Italian language, then install 4.xE. Download wiimod, you can use it to change the region settings and install the proper system menu. Or you can follow my softmod ANY wii guide, which has an option to region change. I don't think modmii has a region change section, but I could be wrong.

Edit. You will also want to install the Region Select channel for Euro, and possibly elua. If you don't install Region Select you will semi brick if you format the wii settings.

ok thanks...i have launched wiimod what i have to do? System menu tab/install system menu 4.3/Region Europe?? its right? then Choose version and Choose Required IOS? Yes or No?

Install the system menu for the region of your choice, 4.3e europe, then go to the advanced menu and select the region changer. In the region changer at the bottom change the preset to europe, then change the language to italian, save the settings. Exit wiimod to the HBC and reinstall priiloader. I suggest you reinstall priiloader prior to rebooting the wii, so exit wiimod to HBC and run the priiloader installer.

One thing I forgot to mention, you should install the pal region select channel. Without it formating the system settings will semi brick the wii.
