Why exactly was it taken down from Deal Extreme? Sorry, I'm just curious, but I bought another Acekard using the TC's method.

DMCA. They were forced to comply.

My hope comes true, Deal Extreme is a chinese company so I don't think they will ever follow the copyright law. Here is the topic that will allow you to add other flashcarts not just Acekard:

In preparation to possibly upgrade my DS hardware to the eye, I ordered one acekard as test.

I shall report does it arrive as wanted.

And, I also can use the acekard on my DSlite etc... Gosh I realize i am becoming a flashcart freak...

I ordered one 19 Jan from DX using the "add to cart" link (the product page was already off their site). It shipped 29 Jan. I received it 8 Feb. It's a "black PCB" model and took the 1.4 upgrade and runs the latest AKAIO just like the other 4 I ordered from DX over the past year.
