I have my brother's 2DS, and it has a faulty SD card slot because he has dropped it before.
So with Browserhax finally working again and Menuhax is installed again, what specific Extdata folder or what folder do I backup on the SD card just for the theme so we can easily restore it if the SD card is "removed" again?

Edit: Found it on https://3dbrew.org/wiki/Extdata!

also there's a folder that says extdata inside your nintendo 3ds folder.

You could make a backup of the sd card and delete extdata.
Boot your 3ds an change the theme.
Insert the sd card in your pc and see what folders have been created.
Delete these new folders an paste back the folders of your backup with the same name and see if menuhax still works

I supose you need to paste back the payload in the root of your sd card too

Nintendo 3DS\id1\id2\extdata\00000000\000002cd
Nintendo 3DS\id1\id2\extdata\00000000\0000008f

back up this 2 folder... it will not work after a 3ds format or use on other persons 3ds.
much better if back up a clean sysnand together with these files becuse (they are compatible to each other)...
if something wrong happens, dont format sysnand, just flash the backup and restore themedata on sd...
cuz if you format sysnand, the themedata will not be compatible any more on the new sysnand created by the format.
