Ok, so this is my theory for Pokemon B/W and on

1.Pokemon B/W releases. Obvious
2.Pokemon Gray releases, with Kyurem as the legendary. Why? Because Kyurem is part of the Tao trio (Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem
3. Remakes of RS
4. Spin-offs, other games.
5. New series. This time, it will have Eevees.

Series 1: Yes
Series 2: Yes
Series 3: No
Series 4: Yes
Series 5: No

If this repeats, it shows that Generation VI will have new Eevees

Actually the normal cycle is this from what I've observed over the years:

1. Main Game released
2. Spin-off(s) released
3. Third game released
4. More Spin off(s) released
5. Remakes released (3 generation and later, only)
6. Next Console

Though it probably won't happen that way as 5th generation Nintendo broke the cycle and are now pretty unpredictable.
