"I dont cheat anymore on any game, it takes the fun out of it. If a game isn't fun without cheating then I simply stop playing it.[2]

Never used cheat codes, I don't see the point. Only time I've done it was for extra lives in the original Rayman, because that game is brilliant but impossible. I used the 99 lives code 3 times and still only got to the 4th zone. Madness.

I occasionally use walkthroughs if I'm really stuck, or near the end of a game to see if there's any large sidequests I've missed before polishing off the final boss.

Wait... unless photographing a half-solved Picross puzzle when the timer's about to run out so I can reset the timer and redraw the whole thing counts

Lol I'd forgotten about that.

You really did that! I was thinking about doing the very same thing in the last few puzzles, but I was too lazy to do it...

on DS so far only Pokemon Diamond with 'pokemon save' to get the desire pokemon, because i dont have the money to buy all 1337 pokemon versions, other than that i do not use cheat, either it damage my game file or it ruin the gameplay.

So far on my DS gaming record, not even once. In fact I'm not even sure how to use my flash cart's cheat function at all.

I rarely use walkthroughs, only if I'm stumped or lost, or if things don't really make sense on where to advance.

Never. If I can't do it without cheats , it doesn't get finished. Rather do that , than cheat to finish it.

That's the way 8). Depends on the game, for something like Mario Kart I don't care either way. With RPGs however, I beat it no matter how long it takes no matter the system.

The only actual game-breaking cheat I've used that I can think of is autospin for Ouendan. I'm not even that bad at doing the spinners, I just don't find them enjoyable to do, so I'm happy to just skip them.

Besides that I just use cheats to enable dummied out stages, and also do stuff like switch characters on the fly in Super Mario 64 DS (although I only started doing that well after I finished, and mainly to see what would happen if I beat the game as Yoshi).

I don't bother with using game breaking cheats, but I use cheats that help the game be less repetitive and to unlock hidden stuff.

I play just before bed so staying up till 1am and having to bin the lot is just taking the piss. It's what phone cameras were invented for.

Absolutely never. I think it devalues the game itself...despite me being a pirate...it still devalues it.

Its like playing on Easy mode....you'll get to the end without any challenge...you might as well watch a movie.

I never use cheats in real "cheats" way because it takes all the fun from the game.
I do use real-time-save from time to time, especially in games like Contra 4, but even then i used it on check points, and in new Super Mario Bros I used RTS only to pick up some coins that I usually died, and then had to pick up micro Mario again and go through whole stage again if I wouldn't use RTS and things like that...

Almost never. The only time I used cheats was when I found out I had the option to cheat. Tried a few things in Mario Kart and that's about it..
