Probably about 15.
The ones that come to mind are:
Mario Kart
MPH
Puzzle Quest
Tetris DS
Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime
Brain Age
Phoenix Wright
Lost Magic
Custom Robo: Arena
Pokemon Diamond
Pokemon Pearl (it was a gift)
Nintendogs
NSMB
Super Mario 64
And more that I can't remember.
Most of them were bought used, so I should have just pirated them.
Super Mario 64 DS
Diddy Kong Racing DS
Pokemon Pearl
Mario Hoops 3 on 3
Mario and Luigi Partners in Time
Bomberman
Brothers in Arms DS
Kirby Squeak Squad
Yoshi's Island DS
I have Burnout Legends as its too CRAPPY and worthless to even trade in or trade for cash so just kept it!
and 3 games I just bought of NeSchn ... Picross DS, Elite Beat Agent, and Polarium
so 4 ... between the 4 of us here we did have about 30 maby 40 games but traded them all in against dslites to replace 3 of the PHATS we had (Traded PHATS too)
Ive got like 30 games. Brought them all before i heard of flashcarts. I think I might trade them in, except for my favorites. ie Mario Kart, New Super Mario Bros, and Metroid Prime Hunters.
11 in total. Bought most of it, before there were any Slot-1 solutions for the DS D:
Super Mario 64 DS
Pokemon Diamond
Mario Kart DS
Phoenix Wright - Justice for all
エレクトロプランクトン - Electroplankton
Viewtiful Joe
Yu-Gi-Oh! WSC2007
Wario Ware Touched!
Advance Wars: Dual Strike
Another Code - Two Memories
Nintendogs Labradorblargh
DS games? I have exactly 2. Guitar Hero (for the guitar grip) and one other game I bought just so it could be dumped, because it wasn't, now it is, so yay.
GBA Games.....I have around a dozen or more.....never actually counted. Most of the ones I have left are just ones that you can't sell for any kind of real amount of cash, so I kept them. Some are just great games that I won't let go, like the Castlevania's, the Zelda's and the Metroid's, or some that can't be played on a flashcart, like WarioWare Twisted.
