Four desktops: My main rig(C2Q Q6600, Radeon 5750, 4GB DDR2 RAM, 500+160GB HDDs), my server, a spare, older Dell taking up space, and an ancient Gateway 2000 that props up my main rig.
5+ Laptops: I don't remember how many I have and I don't want to go looking for them. Most are legacy laptops, 5-10+ years old, and most of them were donations. Most of them still work, save for the one that caught fire and the one that was struck by lightning. My main working laptop is my Thinkpad X201s(Core i7 640LM, 8GB DDR3 RAM, Crucial M4 128GB SSD, Intel HD Graphics(lol), Intel 6250+WiMAX).

2 gaming rigs, 1 normal, 5 scrapped rigs in bits and pieces. 2 media laptops, 2 tablet laptops, 2 older laptops that barely run XP. 1 tablet, 5 smartphones, a number of consoles (capable of running Linux).

So short answer, lots.

Four, soon five. But if you want to get technical...

We own two laptops: my sister uses one and my dad the other. The other two are supplied my the online school that my sister and I are in. In a few days we'll have a fifth supplied by the company my mom works for so she can work from home.

So yeah. Other.

EDIT: Correction: We now have the fifth.

We've got 5 working pc's.
sisters laptop (crap atom netbook...)
dad's laptop (actualy a sorta nice lenovo)
parent's pc (P4, soon to be replaced as it is dying)
My laptop (damaged in a car accident, so it's overheating)
My desktop (AMD Phenom II x6 gaming rig, still thinking about adding a sortof disfunctional gpu and clocking both down, should still be better than one :/)

We also have/had some old stuff like:
Tullip LT 1000? (earlier gen laptop, needs a os reinstall to work again)
several "broken" desktops and laptops, of which most have been disposed for recycling (to keep the recources in flow :) )

I also hope to get myself a Alienware M17x soon, to replace the previous laptop :P

Server laptop.

How do you use a laptop as a server?
(might want to turn an older pc in a server)

Got a gaming pc , and since a short while a Lenovo Thinkpad edge laptop :). still have another laptop in the house from my little brother and sister.

1 MBP (OSX/Win7 Dual + WinXP via parallels)
1 MBP (My roommate's)
1 Desktop for legacy stuff and IDE transfer (WinXP)

Currently waiting for my Raspberry Pi to arrive (or ship for that matter, within 19 weeks seems to be today's shipping estimate). Going to use it for DLNA, file server and Time Machine backups (kinda like the Apple's own Time Capsule).

Just picked up an All-In-One that I've turned into a media center PC. Soon as I get my DVI to VGA converter I'll bring it out to my living room and hook it up to our HD screen. I have it streaming stuff from my PC, cuz it only has an 80GB HDD and I don't have the patience to continually transfer/download stuff to it. But so far it's worked flawlessly here in my room, the only issue I have is with the damn Speaker input in the back of the PC, apparently it sucks monkey nuts. But hey the front works so no harm there. Gonna be pretty interesting when I get it all hooked up.

Three pcs that are fully assembled and working. One laptop. A couple of older machines in bits that I just keep around for quick hook ups to use older hardware (parallel/serial port stuff that either doesn't like win 7 or adapters/cards).

a laptop (netbook)
2 PC's hooked up.
2 without monitor, mouse, keyboard, etc in storage (that worked the last time I checked)
enough pieces laying around to assemble 1 or 2 more.
(I'm thinking of starting up a small Internet Cafe in the coming weeks/months)

EDIT : Oh, I almost forgot about the Sparc based one I pulled out of one of those Kodak photo developing kiosks. (also in storage)
