To clarify, I have all of the following:
- TwilightMenu++ with Flipnote Studio installed on it
- Unlaunch
- A SD card with Flipnote Studio also on it (which is locked to not copy via data management for some reason)

HOW exactly do you transfer FS from TwilightMenu++ to the normal system menu so I can finally uninstall Unlaunch and revert the SD card to how it was?

What do you mean by that?

For what reason do you want to uninstall Unlaunch?

You could use Safe NAND Manager to restore your NAND backup which doesn't contain Unlaunch.
I mainly installed TwilightMenu++ and Unlaunch to install Flipnote Studio because I accidentally uninstalled it. The only way to start it is via TwilightMenu++ as of now, as it can access folders on the SD card and start it from there. I do not know how do you however install it on the system menu so I can proceed with restoring a NAND backup to "before Unlaunch".

BUMP: The installer says it "installed successfully" all the time, but it never actually shows up on the home menu. Can someone help?
