Hacking How do you install preloader?

How do you install the preloader? Im on 3.2U and everything, i prechecked everything. I heard you need the hack.ini file to install it? I only have the dol, where can i get the hack.ini?

it comes with the download from wiibrew.org. Heres a full tut just because.

if you havent already, the upgrade to preloader v0.27. it comes with a hack.ini file. put that on the root of your sdcard. rename the preloaderv0.27-cred.dol file to boot.dol, and put it in a folder called preloader, and put it into the apps folder. run preloader. then put in the pass, witch is...

R=right
D=down

L=left
U=up
M=minus
P=plus

Are you kidding me..??

preloader v0.29 installer only needs to press 1 twice, and if you search for hacks.ini using the search button here at GBAtemp, you will find many threads about it, even for specific regions and FW...!!
