Hacking How do you install prelaoder 0.3 on SAFE 4.2 firmware

Thanks guys, I have fixxed my wii now, but this is the ONLY problem now. I used the SAFE 4.2 upgrade and every time i try to install preloader v0.3, it says somthing like "failed to find root", someone told me to use something called "freethebug", what is that and how do I use that , and where can i get it thanks

nevermind, iv fixed it, iso 36 & 70 need to be patched through dop-iso, thanks anways evryone

It's IOS not iso. iso files refer to backups of games or downloaded games...
