How do I install safe mode on 11.17.0-50U?

How do I install un_safe mode on 11.17.0-50U old 2ds? I do not want to downgrade to use bannerbomb3 to install it because I am afraid of bricking after an... experience, so how do I install it? Is there a 3dsx that loads bannerbomb3, or is there another way? EDIT: sorry i meant un_safemode

Downgrading needs cfw, so thats outta the question. Also https://3ds.hacks.guide/installing-boot9strap-(mset9) is your option at this point being a old console and on latest firmware.

Also, there's no such thing as "installing safe mode". (There is a "safety test" that is sometimes used when uninstalling CFW – but you would have to install CFW before you can access that, and once you've installed CFW, you really shouldn't uninstall it.)
