Yes.

You have to use the PSX2PSP tool to convert your PsOne ISO into a PSP EBOOT. :)

If you're on FW 3.18 or below I'd recommend getting TN-X running. TN-V emulates PS1 via PEOPS so you get both sound and video but performance can get pretty choppy...
