PS5 Freezes during initial setup

I have a PS5 EDM 010 which has an issue with freezing during initial setup from a factory reset with fresh re-installtion of software. I have
installed a new SSD controller, replaced the south bridge with new one, replaced all 8 RAM chips from a donor board. All these component changes
have not resolved my issue. I am at a lost as to what to try next, I have read about the Nand chips, but not sure if that is the issue. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Yes, the problem is probably with some of the nand chips and specially with some that contains unique information for the console. You can try to replace the 3 that not contain this information but I don't think you will fix this console.
