What?Well, now that Russia is imploding, maybe US will kick it up a gear.

Ukraine is targeting Russia oil refineries, so there will be less gas to go around. Which means US is going have to advance their technology even faster. What?

Oh goshUkraine is targeting Russia oil refineries, so there will be less gas to go around. Which means US is going have to advance their technology even faster.
You guys are absolutely ridiculous for taking these baseless rumors as fact. The irony is staggering — you preach about human rights while your own countries enslaved and brutalized Black people for centuries.Yes. That as wel (I know about child labor stories and the uyghurs).
Yeah... I'm a hypocrite that way: I'm very aware that Leopold 2 was a monster. Happy? It won't stop my criticism, and frankly... You essentially allot I'm more of an expert, even though that all happened long before I was born. You guys are absolutely ridiculous for taking these baseless rumors as fact. The irony is staggering — you preach about human rights while your own countries enslaved and brutalized Black people for centuries.
Stop projecting your own guilty history onto us.
King Leopold II of Belgium took the Congo as his personal colony and forced the local Black population into slave labor on rubber plantations. Anyone who didn't meet quotas had their hands or feet cut off, and millions perished. The Belgian state later took over and kept exploiting the colony until 1960, finally apologizing only in recent years.
So all you needed to do was apologize.
As for that Brit above, not to mention, bloody history...
I don't know how to comment...I only saw your previous reply about the documentary.... Or you could read what I initially said about China and draw a conclusion.

Not with Oompa J Loompa and his merry band of "yes" men at the helm.Ukraine is targeting Russia oil refineries, so there will be less gas to go around. Which means US is going have to advance their technology even faster.

Baseless rumors LMAOYou guys are absolutely ridiculous for taking these baseless rumors as fact. The irony is staggering — you preach about human rights while your own countries enslaved and brutalized Black people for centuries.

>but also Belgium did it too so its ok
Couple of fallacies there. The "tu quoque" fallacy, which is basically saying "you too" to the other person while not addressing the original issue. You guys are absolutely ridiculous for taking these baseless rumors as fact. What do you mean by 'tu quoque'? "Same as you?"Couple of fallacies there. The "tu quoque" fallacy, which is basically saying "you too" to the other person while not addressing the original issue.
It's also using the genetic fallacy which is similar, but is rejecting the argument based on the source rather than the merrit.
Honestly, that comment is about as effective as an IDF solder saying nobody can complain about what they're doing because the Germans did something similar too.

Why is it necessary to investigate the "moral high ground" of people if the baseless rumours are false? It just seems like a weird tangent. Ad hominem and all that.>its not true
>I didn't say 'Belgium did it so China is OK.' I said 'Your moral high ground is a joke.'
>I can tell that your understanding really is a problem, no wonder you’re easily fooled.
You're the one making ad hominem attacks by spreading false rumors about China. Why is it necessary to investigate the "moral high ground" of people if the baseless rumours are false? It just seems like a weird tangent. Ad hominem and all that.
Like, is China completely immune to accusations of this kind so long as the person bringing it up is not from a country with a spotless record? That's a good trick. Which country is valid for you?
Surely not even China, given they once lied about the existence of the camps altogether. Now they admit they exist, just for a different claimed purpose. But "I was lying before and not now" isnt the most convincing to me.
If it helps, I'm English. I personally haven't done any slavery though, I hope I am allowed to ask these questions. I just find it interesting when an accusation like this is met by weird deflections about morals, as if its a trick.

That is...not how ad hominem works, not even if you were China, as in the literal country China posting here. You're the one making ad hominem attacks by spreading false rumors about China.
I simply present facts – you spread lies.
Since you clearly can't understand basic logic, I see no point in continuing this conversation.

I wanted to say that it's hilariousThat is...not how ad hominem works, not even if you were China, as in the literal country China posting here.
If you have the money and time, you are welcome to visit Xinjiang, China, and see for yourself. That is...not how ad hominem works, not even if you were China, as in the literal country China posting here.
But if you consider criticism of China as an attack on yourself, yeah, I doubt I'll get any meaningful response. I was curious if you had a take on any of the evidence, or even the demonstrable fact that China has changed its story over time, but nevermind. Run along.
