Hacking How do I install M3 Sakura firmware?

I know, I know, the title makes me sound like a retard. But basically, I've been using my M3 DS Real for a while now with Sakura installed. Recently my SD card got a virus and I had to wipe it, so I needed to find a new copy of the SYSTEMS folder. But... I can't seem to find one anywhere that will work. All I get is this program that installs a... game patch wizard or something. Which is not helping. No matter where I download it from, where I look, I can't find anything even closely resembling a SYSTEMS folder. Halp?
