Hacking How do I install cia's on the sysnand, and is it safe?

I want to install some gba games. I followed the guide to patch the agb firm, and installed it. I also installed the gba CIA on the emunand. But I heard that gba games had to be installed on both nands for them to work. Is this safe? And if so, how do I do it?

Easy way would be to boot into Sysnand, launch the homebrew menu, launch minipasta CFW (Or equivalent), launch HB menu again and use FBI.3dsx to install the cia.
