Hacking how do i get saves back after formatting the wii?

it says that after formatting the wii you can not recover saves even the ones on an sd card. i want to format my wii before sending it to nintendo but i don't want to lose any of my saves. I uninstalled all homebrew and the wii cant read any discs so is there a way to save my saves and friend code (especially brawl)?

Brawl save is a no-go if you don't have a way to run homebrew.

You can copy most saves to an SD card from the Wii by clicking the Wii icon in the bottom left corner of the Wii menu, I think you can figure it out from there. =P

ok SOME HOW SOME WAY i got tp to run and i've installed the homebrew launcher channel so now what?
