Hacking How do i get my R4 3DS working please?

Hi guys I have a 3DS XL with firmware 9.8.0-25E

I have just downlaoded the kernel version 1.82b but get a "An error has occurred" screen.

Does anyone please know what I'm doing wrong?

your gonna have to downgrade your 3ds to a 4x firmware. go out of this forum and into the 3ds section. I dont know what version gateway can downgrade. you may have to wait. not long though, as ninjhax works for 9.9 I was on 7.1 with an old xl and i used a video on youtube. it was something like "downgrade 3ds without a flashcart"
Do you have a new 3ds?

What R4 card do you use? you can try other sd cards and format it to Fat32, or try another card adapter

He can't. He's on 9.8.
