Hacking How do I fix my mods on Sys 11.10.0-43U?

The screen does not flash green when I load up Fire Emblem after going to NTR CFW Selector, and the only .plg file I see showing up is for some title with "00040000001B4000" as the ID (probably Fire Emblem Echoes). I can still downgrade my New Nintendo 3DS if I need to keep Luma 10.0.1? I'm unfamiliar with the downgrading process.

No, not your 3ds. Just replace your current boot.firm with an older release of luma (<10.0.0). You don't need to downgrade the 3ds, you need to downgrade luma. Sorry if it's a bit confusing, as the problem is Luma and not the 3ds.
