How do I convert my FFX PC save to PS4?

I keep experiencing a green screen bug on the PC version of FFX and nothing I do fixes it so I want to convert the save to PS4 if possible.

FYI: I have access to Save Wizard PS4.

depends. sometimes it's possible; sometimes not. the ps4 uses pfs as its security, so it in a decrypted state may or may not work by copying and pasting.
