Hacking How Do I Charge My DS Lite in HK and China?

First of all, let me say sorry in advance if I missed a really obvious answer to this, but I honestly did do a search and I haven't found anything conclusive yet.

I'll be traveling to Hong Kong and mainland China in a few weeks, and I want to make sure I can charge the DS lite I purchased last year in the U.S. I was in Hong Kong in January where I noticed for the first time that the US charger wouldn't work there. (I tried charging it in several outlets).

Would this item from Play-Asia work, even though it says it's a European Style plug? I already have several plug adapters I can bring if needed.

yes, 100~240v, so it works worldwide with the correct adapterplug.
