Hacking How do I change the themes on the GEi?

In this Thread is a R4 Theme Converter

Since GEi is an R4 Ultra Clone look it up here

Files have to be in 16bit color depth and 96dpi (dots per inch)
Not 16bit color only

So just follow the instructions if you are having a hard time
