How do I change the text below my name?

I keep seeing that people have changed the text below their names. Like how Scott here made it say "Unfunny".

How does one do this? I've looked in the settings but found nothing.

You need 100 posts and then you can get the option to change that in the Personal details

you gotta get out of newcomer first
then personal details and then custom title
