Hacking How do I buy from Dealextreme.com without a Paypal account?

I tried making a new account and I still have the same problem. The problem is getting verified. They want to link to a bank account or something. Now I thought making a new account helped but I ran into another problem. I have a small amount in my PayPal and I did not want to waste them so I was going to give them back to the friend that gave me it but it even restricts me from sending. I feel paypal has frozen my account for no reason. I mean I do not know what they are trying to do here it is only 8 dollars. I was going to buy cheap accessories from dealextreme too... screw paypal and ebay....

Yeah. You can. I've done it before. Steps below.

1.Add whatever you want to your cart.
2.View your cart.
3.Under payment methods click on Paypal Standard Checkout, or Express Checkout.
4.Enter your card info, don't login.
5.Done.

I think that's how I did it.

Open a paypal account so.
You can pay with paypal without verify your address, when you regisiter with paypal.choose "Personal"account which just used for paying international.The no need verify just your credit card needed.
Choose their Paypal Standard Checkout,it's much safer.
