and how to make some of new?

Wha? If you mean themes, then you could have done it when R4 was first released. In the _system_ folder, there is a themes folder with 12 folders inside that containing themes01 -themes12; this is where you put your skins.

You can either download themes from NDSthemes or make your own. You can use Alice theme creator final if you want.

To change themes, press select in the main menu. This will scroll through all the themes that you have downloaded.
