Hardware how can i see if my softmod is ok

I have set my USBLoader GX for SD Card Saves so maybe turning off the Option is maybe not solving your Issues.

Have you tried another region of any of your games? Ie you have a pal version, get an ntsc version to see if results are same.

For all Call of Duty Games that are stuck on "loading" you need to change to a CIOS with a different base, see this list:

EDIT:
Quick tested a few on my Wii
- PAL Wii
- REgion free Everything in priiloader (If I remeber correctly)
- Usbloader GX 1272 (cios as per wii.guide)
- All images verified with redump
- All images transfered with Wii Backup MAnager to WBFS
- All games that are PAL exclusives stem from PAL
- Emunand set to Full - SAved on SD Card (Emunand based on dump of console NAND, same region)
- Connected via component cables -> OSSC -> Monitor
- System set to HDTV which is 480/525p

What is the problem with 50/60hz image? TV Compatibility?

Not quite I understand what does and does not work after your testing.. But I did a few tests (only started the games)

Also note that a .wbfs-file has a region - so saying WBFS does not help alot. You can see it if you load the file in WiiBackupManager.

Game Party 1 and 3 - Both games load, but they do present a 625i/50HZ Interlaced image.
Pinball Hall of Fame - Gottlieb Collection - Did not boot (Black screen nothing happens), need to check it out.
Last Story, Boots fine - 480p/525p image.
Looney Tones - Boots, 625i/50Hz image.
Kirbys Dream cOllection - Special Edition (NTSC-U) - Boots fine. 525p
