Alright, that was my bro that wanted to answer the question. Leave him alone, he's cool.

Great, now I forwarded the blame.

Anyway, I want to rip my NDS saves. I know how to use the GBA Backup Tool, but that NDS 3-in-1 thing leads to a 404'd link.

I DID mention you can use Google :P
Besides there are billions of guides on this website specifically.
There.
I just saved you from the other people that would have started blaming you
I deserve a best answer. Now.

Creep is : creep:

No space, and I don't think your e-peen should grow from simply saying 'Google it dur hur'. If you can fetch me a link with a guide that works, I'll probably mark it as best.

Oh, and should I add, I don't have a wireless router. Just the shitty ol' Wi-Fi USB Connector that doesn't work on Windows 7. -_-;

In case you didn't notice, emoticons can't be used here which is the reason why I wrote "*puts in creep emoticon here*" ;)
You want a link?
Tell us first, what flashcard do you have? And do you have a 3in1? If not, do you intend on getting one?
I could help after all that has been clear.

I have something from xploder.
you can use it to upload certain save files to your retail card with cheats on (unlimited lives in mario, all legendary pokemon,...)
But you can also back up your own saves obviously.
It will be a gds file in the folder of the program that comes with it.
You can convert that at Shunyweb.com.
