Apple How Can I Keep My Infinity Blade Save?

So i'm kinda stressing out my phone is bugged, whenever I try to make a call the phone app closes immediately so I want to do a fresh install of IOS 9.3 but I don't want to lose my Infinity Blade save so what do I do?

AFAIK, backing up the app in iTunes backs up all saves, preferences, and IAPs, so just back it up there and it should be fine.
