Hi guys and girls, was wondering if there was a way to inject pokemon into my alpha sapphire CIA.

I have it installed as a CIA and I'm using Themehax to autoboot into RX Tools.

I don't really want to do anything that would effect the way the system boots so was wondering if anyone had any ideas?
