yes, you want to create an emunand (emulated nand) which lets you update that whilst keeping kernel access.

Yes if you inject it into health and safety app. You need to install a cfw (custom firmware) though.

Cias are not an option until you downgrade.

You CANNOT do so currently without a HARDMOD. This means opening the console and soldering wires onto the nand chip. This voids your warranty and is not without risk. There are people on this forum who hardmods for some money. Based on what you have said I do not recommend doing it yourself, or at all.

Just follow this guide and you will have cfw set up with fbi. Use the qr installer to install freeshop.
