Hacking How can I extract text from a game and patch into the same game but different region?

What I'm asking for may be impossible but all I want to do is take the text from Project Zero 2: Wii Edition and add it to the Japanese version of the game (Zero: Shinku no Chou)

Has anyone done this? If not what can I do to get this to work? I really would like to play the Japanese version if possible.

Why do you want to do that? Would you want texts in your language and voices in Japanese, maybe? If so, you can try to find a modified image of the game, the "Undub edition", which has the original Japanese voices injected into the PAL version of the game.
