I miss not being able to access the switches eshop after sx os,

is there any way to load it from a browser on a PC / phone / web browser ?...

The site you linked is the site the Switch connects to. Its legit.

I'm getting an "Access Denied" error visiting that page...

You need the eshop certificate installed on your PC. Cant link here, but google is your friend.

Got it. Is this certificate affected by the CDN banwave?

Its the NSHOP cert, it just makes the server think you are accessing from a Switch, and display the webpage.
