Hacking How can I access the HBL in Emunand 11.0 (Luma3ds)

My 2ds has sysnand 9.2 and emunand 11.0 and I have menuhax installed but i have no way to get into the homebrew launcher on emunand. (I believe it is because menuhax only boots in sysnand. Idrk)

Any help to access the HBL on emunand would be great.

Would I install it on sysnand or emunand? If I install it on sysnand will it be on the emunand?

Install it while you're in Luma and it should be on emunand only. I believe it'll only show up on Sysnand if your nands are linked

I don't have a way to access FBI or any HBL apps because of my lack of access to it on emunand. Is there another way to install cia's on 11.0?

Follow steps 9-17 under Section 1 - Prep Work in this tutorial. You will need to download the Univeral Injector Generator zip and FBI from the links in the tutorial.
