I think save file hacking and ram hacking are totally two different things

1. Cyber Editor is Save Editor and not any memory editor.
2. Cyber Editor Company holds codes hidden when provides users only the cheat effect but no code and save encryption/decryption.
In short this isn't a good target.
What you can predict is if those NTR cheats could be convert.
But you would need them to manipulate the ASM then - some are more complex with pointer ref/derefs.
And i can't know if anyone would like to do so, as NTR is a free solution (not FREE) for users, while GW isn't.
