Nope. Even if you could run the Homebrew Launcher from NAND, which I don't even think is possible at the moment, you wouldn't be able to copy it over to the NAND because your SD card reader is broken.

Which DS system do you have? Depending on the model it can be relatively easy (unplug old, plug in new the SD-reader; see ifixit.com for details) or hard (micro-soldering).

Easy:

Hard:

nvm i found a old laptop with a sd reader and im currently using it.hope it works

oh you meant on your pc . . . everyone assumed you meant the sd reader on the console :rofl2:

if your laptop does not work (or is annoying to use) you can use an android phone (or tablet)
