Hacking Homebrew v1.3 failed to request payload url

Trying to use faketik to restore eshop icons that went missing only to discover my homebrew menu no longer launches, I am on new 11.13.0-45U and have gotten the .bin other threads have suggested downloading and renaming to fit the ver. and have tried using mobile data instead of wifi to make sure the connection works and have also tried installing a new boot.3dsx. Unsure what to do now.

Are your console actually hacked? What happen when you turn on your console while pressing SELECT button? Is the Luma config menu prompted (and if yes, what exactly version of Luma indicates)?

Edit: Afaik, faketik doesn't (or shouldn't) work with HBL on just user mode (through any simple *Hax), but with a modded console (with CFW running)

My cosole has been modded with luma for years and has had homebrew installed for years as well
