After getting my DSi back from my relatives, I've discovered that when I system is powered on the power button does not respond to any button pushes. Is there a homebrew out that that will allow me to do a hard reset through software?

I dont think there is homebrew that does that, but your best option is to send it to Ninty

    i dont know why tv manufactures put the hdmi ports in dumb locations so the cables have to stick out, and then down, putting strain on the ports. Instead of having the ports along the bottom edge of the tv facing downwards.
