Homebrew [Homebrew Request] Fork of Homebr3w Browser and freeShop

Hello, I am not a programmer myself so I decided to ask it here.

Could somebody make a fork of homebr3w browser and freeShop?

It would be like freeShop with the GUI but for browsing homebrew apps that you could install as CIAs. I think it would be pretty easy for people who know how to program to make this but I do not know how to.

I know but it doesn't use the titleDB site and has a little bit of homebrew to choose from.

Well, you're young, and this is a great opportunity to begin learning. People got where they are in this scene by doing just that.

well if you are really 16. what a time to be alive... in this day and age. with your young age it will be so easy to learn to code. the older you get, harder it gets to learn anything really.


so buy a book and learn.


this isn't a post to piss you off, im serious. with coding skills companies, people will beg you to work for them. now days 99.999999 % of people beg other people for work.

You can code with notepad (but awful), or sublime text. Or an IDE like visual studio?

To sum up, c++ is more advanced than C, and it's an object oriented programming language.
I recommend you to start with C. (or Lua?)

I advise you to learn python first. It's fairly simple to learn and there are tons of good tutorials. I would suggest using atom as your text editor

I just started learning Python and it is soooo confusing haha. The code blocks and ends of lines are not marked in any way!
I do like how I can test stuff quickly though. Just press down in the command window to get the last line back and press Enter.

Weird, I don't find it that confusing. I personally used learn python the hard way to learn
