Wondering if there's an app/plugin for the HBL (w/o CFW) that can bypass the Region Lock, and can let me buy JP Region games from the eshop.

E1:AFAIK all the region plugins/apps that I've seen are either outdated, or requires CFW

The Homebrew Launcher comes with it...

EDIT: You can't buy out-of-region games from the Eshop, though, without CFW.

You can still buy JP/EU Cartridges (From Amazon or EBay) and they'll work with HBL's Region Four...
(With CFW, they'll work with the Normal Game Card Launcher on the Home Menu)...
