Hacking Homebrew on 4.3e using usb

Hi there!
Could somebody please link me to a WORKING step by step guide on how to get homebrew on a 4.3e wii (Mario eddition black) and I want to be able to use an external hard drive (USB) for playing the games.

But when it comes to ho I would like to format my HDD then what should I choose?

I prefer fat32 with a 32 kb cluster size. Just one partition should do the trick.
